We are looking for financial parnters. 

Rivercrest Associates is a program designed for individuals who would like to partner with us financially.  As operating costs continue to rise, this program will enable us to keep camper fees reasonable.  Camper fees would need to be almost double what they are now in order for us to cover our ever increasing operating costs.  We are very careful to not raise fees to a level that will make it much harder for families to send their kids to camp.

By finding parnters who will give any amount, we will be able to continue to keep our rates at a level that continues to be reasonable.  We will also be able to do the following:

Update and expand facilities: Some of our facilities are 30-40  years old (chapel, dining hall, cabins, pool) and require a lot of TLC.  Funds from our Associates program will enable us to keep our facilities updated so they are able to be used effectively for our programs. We also have many facilities that are undersized for our current programs such as our snack shack, dining hall, and chapel.

Fund Scholarships and discounts:  Every year we hand out nearly $40,000 in discounts and sholarships.  This has been a great tool to allow those to attend camp who would normally struggle to pay the fees.  This amounts to an average of nearly $40 for every camper. By becomming a Rivercrest Associate, you will enable us to continue to offer much needed financial help to our campers without straining our budget.

Purchase equipment and supplies that are not in the budget:  Every year we have a list of items that are needed in order to make the camp experience the best it can be, such as new mattresses, maintenance vehicles and equipment, pool equipment, new sports equipment, furniture for lodging areas, outdoor lighting, shade canopies, and much more.  These items typically do not get purchased in order to conserve other budget dollars.
