Leadership Team

  • Pay: $400/Week + Free meals and housing

    Top Five Responsibilities

    1. Fulfill Cabin Leader responsibilities with LDP campers

    2. Disciple and encourage LDP Campers in their faith, lead educational workshops, serve in various areas of camp (kitchen, swim tests, etc.)

    3. Seeks to build relationships with, lead, and care for the staff and their daily needs, spend time with campers, relieving Cabin Leaders if needed

    4. Hold peers accountable for meeting Camp Rivercrest’s expectations

    5. Attending Leadership Meetings, Communicate with all staff, keeping Program Manager informed

  • Pay: $400/Week + Free meals and housing

    Top Five Responsibilities

    1. Encourage and Support Cabin Leaders including planning and leading small group discussion

    2. Leading camp in various areas; emceeing chapel sessions, meal time dismissals, large group games

    3. Seeks to build relationships with, lead, and care for the staff and their daily needs, spend time with campers, relieving Cabin Leaders if needed

    4. Hold peers accountable for meeting Camp Rivercrest’s expectations

    5. Attending Leadership Meetings, Communicate with all staff, keeping Program Manager informed

  • Pay: $400/Week + Free meals and housing

    Top Five Responsibilities

    1. Oversee all Support Staff, support the A-Team and Other Support Staff to ensure a safe and fun environment, Create a culture of selfless service and hard work ethic

    2. Fulfill all support staff duties (A-Team, Media Team, Lifeguard), Coordinate set up, facilitation, and tear down of all camp activities and games

    3. Seeks to build relationships with, lead, and care for the staff and their daily needs, spend time with campers, relieving Support Staff if needed, planning and leading small groups discussion for staff

    4. Hold peers accountable for meeting Camp Rivercrest’s expectations

    5. Attending Leadership Meetings, Communicate with all staff, keeping Program and Activity Manager informed

  • Pay: $400/Week + Free meals and housing

    Top Five Responsibilities

    1. Works closely with the Program Manager to help facilitate the summer camp program and lead summer staff and coordinate weekly staff meetings.

    2. Oversees the summer program in the absence of the Program Manager (Nights/Time Off)

    3. Encourage and Support Leadership Staff and Summer Staff by building relationships with, lead, and care for the staff and their daily needs

    4. Hold peers accountable for meeting Camp Rivercrest’s expectations

    5. Attending Leadership Meetings, Communicate with all staff, keeping Program and Activity Manager informed

Cabin Leader

  • Pay: $300/week new staff, $350/week returning staff  + Free meals and housing

    Top Five Responsibilities

    1. Intentionally build relationships with campers and all staff

    2. Responsible for leading and including groups of campers in camp activities, games, and discussions

    3. Grows in personal relationship with Christ

    4. Modeling spiritual disciplines and desired behaviors to campers

    5. Ability to communicate with summer leadership and core staff

Support Staff

  • Pay: $300/week new staff, $350/week returning staff + Free meals and housing

    Top Five Responsibilities

    1. Facilitation and safety of all high adventure activities (rockwall, zipline, high ropes, big swing)

    2. Set up, tear, down, and facilitate all large group games (evening and night games)

    3. Operating Free Time Activities (Lifeguarding, snack shack, airboats, paintball, black banana slide)

    4. Serving camp in areas of need assigned by leadership or maintenance (kitchen, cleaning, etc.)

    5. Ability to communicate with summer leadership and core staff

  • Pay: $300/week new staff, $350/week returning staff + Free meals and housing

    Top Five Responsibilities

    1. Enforce pool rules and safety standards to every camper and staff member

    2. Preform and monitor swim tests to every camper weekly

    3. Maintain pool chemicals and high quality pool water

    4. Clean pool and pool bathhouse dailey before and after lifeguarding

    5. Ability to communicate with summer leadership and core staff

  • Pay: $300/week new staff, $350/week returning staff + Free meals and housing

    Top Five Responsibilities

    1. Has final say in pool rules and safety standards and enforces it to every camper and staff member

    2. Perform and monitor swim tests to every camper weekly

    3. Maintain pool chemicals and high quality pool water

    4. Clean pool and pool bathhouse dailey before and after lifeguarding

    5. Ability to communicate with summer leadership and core staff

  • Pay: $300/week new staff, $350/week returning staff + Free meals and housing

    Top Five Responsibilities

    1. Take Photos of campers throughout the week

    2. Editing and uploading photos dailey

    3. Operate sound, propresenter, and other technical aspects of chapel services

    4. Create appropriate atmosphere before and after chapel services

    5. Organizing and Posting on Camp Rivercrest’s social media

  • Pay: $300/week new staff, $350/week returning staff + Free meals and housing

    Top Five Responsibilities

    1. Take Videos of campers throughout the week

    2. Editing and uploading videos in a timely manner

    3. Operate sound, propresenter, and other technical aspects of chapel services

    4. Create appropriate atmosphere before and after chapel services

    5. Creating a short video to post on social media after each day/session

  • Pay: $300/week new staff, $350/week returning staff + Free meals and housing

    Top Five Responsibilities

    1. Assisting Health Care manager as needed

    2. Providing first aid for injuries and illness

    3. Monitoring and distributing medication for campers and staff and keeping accurate health logs

    4. Referring to medical agencies as needed

    5. Ability to communicate health needs to staff, summer leadership, and core staff

  • Pay: $300/week new staff, $350/week returning staff  + Free meals and housing

    Top Five Responsibilities

    1. Managing the Health Center

    2. Maintaining communication with administration, staff, and parents about camper needs

    3. Providing first aid for injuries and illness

    4. Monitoring and distributing medication for campers and staff and keeping accurate health logs

    5. Preparing paperwork for campers

  • Pay: $300/week new staff, $350/week returning staff + Free meals and housing

    Top Five Responsibilities

    1. Help manage the administrative work for summer camp to function properly

    2. Communicate with volunteers, guests, parents, campers, and other staff via email, phone, and/or face-to-face interactions

    3. Run various reports using the camp registration software

    4. Facilitate with volunteer and camper check in

    5. Help prepare camper gift bags, camper mail, and camper postcards

  • Pay: $300/week new staff, $350/week returning staff + Free meals and housing

    Top Responsibilities

    1. Operating and Supervising the Snack Shack (camp store)

    2. Operating and balancing cash register

    3. Operating digital POS system

    4. Selling food and merchandise

    5. Maintaining inventory

    6. Ordering and picking up supplies (food and merchandise) as needed

    7. Supervising the assigned Support Staff

  • Pay: $15/hour + Free meals

    Top Responsibilities

    1. Check/restock cleaning closets. This includes collecting, washing, and redistribution of cleaning rags and mops. Refilling and replacing the extra soap bottles.

    2. Laundry. Wash, dry, fold and put away laundry.

    3. Prep linens for Paul Andreas. Assist in turnover of Paul Andreas lodge and other spaces on Friday. 

    4. Other duties as assigned

  • Pay: $15/hour + Free meals

Kitchen

  • Pay: Dependant Upon Experience + Free meals
